Ashologist™ — The Study of Cigars
Padrón 1926 Serie No. 80
No. 80 stands out through its perfecto form. Padrón’s photograph shows a taper at both ends, with an “80 Years” secondary band beneath the 1926 band. Its eight-count box presentation adds another distinction within the collection. The cigar measures six and three quarter inches by 54 ring and is listed in Natural and Maduro versions. Five-year-aged tobacco connects it with the wider 1926 Serie. No. 1 has identical published dimensions, but the manufacturer shows a straight body and rounded head for that cigar. Comparing the two reveals why shape and presentation are essential to understanding No. 80.
