Arturo Fuente Añejo No. 50
No. 50 is the shortest published Añejo format at five and a quarter inches with a 50 ring gauge. No. 46 adds three eighths of an inch while narrowing to 46 ring, and No. 55 increases both length and diameter. Añejo’s defining manufacturer description concerns its Maduro wrapper. Fuente says those leaves are aged in Cognac barrels, making tobacco preparation a specific point of distinction within the wider portfolio. The numbered Añejo formats share that family background. No. 50 combines a compact length with a diameter broader than the slender No. 46 and No. 888. The collection also includes the differently shaped No. 77 Shark, whose round-to-square construction adds another kind of comparison beyond ordinary length and ring gauge.
