Angel’s Share Robusto is the broadest of this expression’s four published ring gauges at 50. Fuente Fuente is narrower at 46, while PerfecXion X and Reserva D’Chateau both use 48. Robusto is also a recurring format name elsewhere in OpusX. Fuente distinguishes Angel’s Share through wrapper selected from the middle primings of the tobacco plant, contrasting it with the upper primings associated with the original expression. That leaf-position choice is the clearest documented tobacco distinction between these collections. The Angel’s Share name draws on the winemaking term for evaporation during barrel aging. Fuente connects the story to aged tobacco lost in a warehouse fire, giving the expression a family remembrance as well as a separate wrapper identity.
