Arturo Fuente Gran Reserva Canoñes

Canoñes is the largest published Gran Reserva format by both length and ring gauge: eight and a half inches by 52. Fuente lists Natural and Maduro wrapper versions. Churchill is the closest comparison among the collection’s extended formats, at seven and a quarter inches by 48 ring. The manufacturer presents Gran Reserva through vintage tobacco, hand craftsmanship and the continuity of four Fuente generations. Canoñes carries that collection background into a substantially larger proportion than the compact Rothschild and Petit Corona. Its 52 ring gauge also exceeds Rothschild’s 50, although the difference in length is much greater. That relationship illustrates the variety within Gran Reserva: the collection includes both short, broad cigars and extended formats with relatively moderate differences in diameter.
